Heritage Properties, Inc. was established in 1982 for the purpose of managing multi-family and commercial property. Since that time, Heritage has grown into a full service real estate company, offering professional service in the fields of construction, property management, leasing, and sales. Heritage Properties' Property Management Division is staffed by highly qualified professional resident managers and leasing agents. Our Management Team is under the supervision of a CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER© and has over (100) one hundred years combined experience in the Property Management Industry. The division currently manages 6,800 apartment units from the Tennessee state line to the Ms. Gulf Coast.
